Cancelation Policy

Last minute cancellations are extremely hard for our small business to fill, so thank you so much for respecting our time. We understand the weather can be tricky, safety is 100% priority. If you must cancel please do it 72 hours in advance and you will receive a full refund. 48 hours in advance you will receive a 50% refund and with only 24 hours or less you will not receive a refund. Anyone who is a no show will be charged in full. If you call within 4 hours of your appointment there will be a 10% rebooking fee. Thank you for understanding.
